Not only are children s books a great way to keep kids occupied, but they help them to learn as well. Good children s books are proven to appeal to kids and keep them engaged and interested. In general, children s books are books that were written specifically for children. However, there are several books that were originally written for adults and are today considered children s books. Mark Twain s Huckleberry Finn is one notable example. Educational Value of Children s Books Children s books are fantastic educational tools for kids. 2006 Mitsubishi Raider: A Rebadged Delight!
Posted on January 7, 2009 by Valeria
If you were to examine the new Mitsubishi Raider, your eyes would behold the unmistakable triad logo centered in the middle of its beefy looking grille. However, as you let your eyes run the full length of the truck s body and take a look at its styling cues, you would see something different, yet very familiar. Indeed, apart from some fascia, body, and cabin changes, the Raider is without a doubt a Dodge Dakota. Yes, the tables have been reversed and Mitsubishi s pick up truck is now a Dodge instead of the other way around. Beyond the obvious similarities there are some differences between the models that gives the Raider a uniqueness all of its own. When Chrysler developed the midsized Dakota during the late 1980s, the need for the small Mitsubishi truck decreased and by the early 1990s the D50 was...
How Do You Break This Bad Habit?

Which bad habit is the worst. They each do their damage, but if bad habits were given awards, I would nominate the habit of waiting for things to happen for the category of most depressing. Waiting for things to happen is essentially waiting to die. It isn t a very inspiring or resourceful way of life. Waiting for opportunity. Waiting doesn t invite opportunity into one s life - work does. While others are out their building their ships some people sit desperately, saying, I am just waiting for my ship to come in. You mean the one you didn t build. What is this supposed ship supposed to bring. The riches created by others. Instant money, overnight fame. Waiting for others or the universe to bring opportunities to you is a sure recipe for a poverty of the soul and of the wallet or bank account. This kind of thinking is fed by stories of people getting rich quick and singers who are overnight successes. Those who get rich quick usually spent years learning how to make money, of course. Most successful entrepreneurs fail at several business before succeeding. As...
